Returns & Refunds
Our policy implies that all returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery/collection date. After this period, we will assume your order is satisfactory. Hence, claims of error or requests for returns, exchanges and refunds will not be accepted.
We thoroughly check all made-to-measure products before dispatch for faults. However, in the unlikely case of a manufacturing fault, the product will be sent to the manufacturer for investigation, and a substitution will be arranged.
No refund, exchange, or credit note will be applied to any clearance products.
We reserve the right to refund any orders we make at our discretion.
Products may be returned/exchanged provided the item(s) are returned in clean, unused, ‘AS NEW’ condition within its original packaging, subject to the discretion of THE CURTAIN SHOP.
Please note the policy EXCLUDES MADE-TO-MEASURE PRODUCTS.
We recommend keeping the proof of Delivery as any goods lost or damaged will not lie at the responsibility of THE CURTAIN SHOP.
